The Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo was heard by the Disciplinary Board of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation and learned what his punishment will be for the obscene gesture made last Sunday (25) in a match in the Saudi League between Al-Nassr and Al-Shabab.

Al-Nassr faced Al-Shabab at the weekend in the Saudi League and won 3-2. Ronaldo scored one of the goals and in celebration, when he heard shouts for Lionel Messi in the stands, he gestured towards the opposing fans, cupping his hands behind his ears and then waving his arms towards his pelvic region.Cristiano Ronaldo’s gesture was considered immoral, although the player denied that he was provoking the opposing fans. The Disciplinary Board punished the No. 7 with a one-match suspension and a fine of 30,000 Saudi riyals (around 7,500 euros).
The player will therefore sit out the 22nd round of the Saudi League which takes place on Thursday afternoon (29), in which Luís Castro’s team will face Al-Hazm.
