1. Pistachio milkshake

Ingredients:
- 260g pistachio gelato
- 100ml milk
- Whipped cream to taste
- 1 teaspoon chopped pistachios
For the syrup:
- 50g pistachios
- 200g melted white chocolate
Method of preparation: In a blender, beat the pistachio gelato and the milk until you get a creamy mixture. Then decorate the glass with the pistachio syrup and pour in the milkshake. Finish with whipped cream and chopped pistachios.
2. Pistachio brigadeiro
What about giving the traditional brigadeiro a special touch? With pistachios, this recipe takes on a unique and sophisticated flavor.
Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- Half a carton of cream
- 3 tablespoons of crushed pistachios
- 1 tablespoon of pistachio paste
- 1 tablespoon of corn glucose
- Half a cup of crushed pistachios to finish
Mode of preparation: In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, cream, crushed pistachios, pistachio paste and corn glucose. Bring to the boil over a medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes away from the bottom of the pan. Leave to cool, roll into brigadeiros and dip in the crushed pistachios.

Ingredients:
- 200g cornstarch biscuit
- 150g melted unsalted butter
- 200g toasted and crushed pistachios
- 600g noble white chocolate
- 200g cream
- 500ml fresh cream
- 100g caster sugar
Preparation method: For the base of the pie, crush the cookies into a fine flour and mix with the melted butter. Spread this mixture on the bottom of a mold and refrigerate for 10 minutes. For the filling, melt the white chocolate and mix with the crushed pistachios and cream. Spread over the base of the tart and refrigerate for another 5 minutes. For the pistachio whipped cream, whip the fresh cream with the sugar until stiff peaks form and add the crushed pistachios. Finish the pie with the whipped cream and garnish with pistachios to taste.
