Strawberry juice with carrots and beetroot

Ingredients

  • 8 strawberries cut into slices
  • 1 beet peeled and chopped
  • 2 carrots peeled and cut into slices
  • 2 oranges peeled and cut into four parts
  • 300 ml of water
  • Ice to taste

Method of preparation

In a blender, add the strawberries, the beetroot, carrots, oranges, water and ice and blend until smooth. Then strain the juice, transfer it to a glass and serve.

Tomato juice with lemon

Ingredients

  • 350 ml of sparkling water
  • 2 tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • , seeded and chopped

  • 25 ml lemon juice
  • Ice to taste

Method of preparation

In a blender, add the water and tomatoes and blend until smooth. Transfer the juice to a jug, add the lemon juice and mix well. Finally, add the ice cubes and serve.

Salsa juice with linseed

Ingredients

  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 60 g parsley
  • 1 tablespoon linseed
  • 250 ml water
  • Ice to taste

Method of preparation

In a blender, add the lemon juice, parsley, flaxseeds and the water and blend until smooth. Pour the juice into a jug, add ice cubes and serve.

Beetroot and carrot juice

Ingredients

  • 1/2 beet, peeled and grated
  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 250 ml of water
  • Ice to taste

Method of preparation

In a blender, add the beet, the carrot and the water and blend until smooth. Transfer the juice to a jug, add ice cubes and serve.

Lettuce juice with pineapple

Ingredients

  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 250 ml natural orange juice
  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 3 chopped pineapple slices

Method of preparation

In a blender, add the lettuce, orange juice, parsley and the pineapple slices and blend until smooth. Transfer the juice to a jug and serve afterwards.

Tip: add a little water if the juice is too concentrated.

Carrot and apple juice

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot, peeled and chopped
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • Juice 1 lemon
  • 200 ml coconut water

Mode of preparation 

In a blender, add the carrot, apple, cucumber, lemon juice and coconut water and blend until smooth. Pour the juice into a jug and serve.
