A Cessna plane, converted into an attack drone and originating from Ukraine, carried out an attack on the ELAZ Naftoprodukt oil refinery, located in Alabuga, Tatarstan region, Russia.

There is also an assembly plant for the production of Iranian Shahed drones in Elabuga, which was targeted in the attacks.
Notably, Ukraine is located at a distance of 1,250 km from the targeted region.
