Ingredients:
- 1 kg of chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 dessert spoon crushed garlic
- 1 dessert spoon homemade seasoning
- 1 tablespoon of soy sauce (or seasonings to taste)
- Carrot strips (same as frying potatoes, one for each fillet)
- Broccoli strips with the stalk (one for each fillet)
- Strips of yellow pepper (one for each fillet)
Preparation:
- Season the fillets with the ingredients, wrap them in each carrot strip, broccoli and bell peppers, and secure with a string or rope.
- Bake in a heatproof tin lined and covered with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and brown as needed.
Chicken fillet dumpling with oatmeal
Ingredients:
- 400g shredded chicken breast;
- Garlic to taste;
- Lemon juice to taste;

- 2 chicken fillets;
- Salt to taste;

- 1 cup of breadcrumbs;

- 1 cup of tomato sauce or paste;
- 80 g fresh Parmesan cheese.
Preparation:
- Season the chicken fillets with salt and your preferred seasoning;
- Cover the fillets with a plastic wrap and hammer them to make them soft and thinner;
- Put the wheat flour in one bowl, and the breadcrumb in another, and season them,
- Put the eggs and milk in another bowl, season and beat lightly;

- 90g of natural yoghurt;
- 50 g of onion;
- 1 glass of orange juice;
- 100 g bacon.

- Put everything in a bowl and season with the yoghurt and orange juice.
