Sunday pasta: 8 ingredients and ready in 20 minutes

Nothing better than pasta for a family lunch this Sunday (5), right? Thinking about lazy cooks, iG Recipes brings that practical, quick preparation with very few ingredients; Come check it out and understand how to do it!

Ingredients:

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced;
  • 1/2 onion, chopped;
  • 2 chopped tomatoes;
  • macaroni;
  • 1 carton of sour cream;
  • 1 sachet of tomato sauce;
  • 3 pepperoni, chopped;
  • 500g of mozzarella.

Directions:

  • Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. After browning, add the pepperoni until they fry. It’s important to mix frequently so that none of the ingredients burn.
  • When the three ingredients are fried, add the chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce. Mix everything together.
  • Then, add the noodles into the mixture and pour hot water until the pasta is completely covered. Tip: stir little by little so it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
  • After cooking is finished, stir in the carton of sour cream and mozzarella. Mix until the dairy is incorporated into the preparation. After that, just serve!

Tips: Optional spices such as black pepper, nutmeg, and parsley can be used.
