Rolls-Royce Cullinan Series II Black Badge is one of the most expensive and luxurious SUVs in the worldDisclosure

It may not seem like it, but the Rolls-Royce Cullinan It is already close to completing six years on the market without any updates. Now, the British brand updates the most luxurious SUV in the world that gains new details and gains a more futuristic look.

With the new look, the Cullinan also got a new name, “Series II”. The name could suggest a second generation of the SUV, however, the news was not that deep.

Visually, the Cullinan Series II retains the same properties as its predecessor, but with details that bring it closer to SUVs Current. The headlights are new, maintaining the rectangular design, however, they have become more compact and have gained DRL LEDs that invade the bumper and give a different look to the model and giving an impression of height and robustness.

The front bumper has been completely redesigned. Air intakes below the headlights have been replaced and the section is now completely smooth. The base of the bumper gained V-shaped appliques, which according to the Rolls-Royce resembles the bow of a yacht. The lower air intakes have been completely redesigned, gaining more height.

What has remained unchanged is the chrome grille with a style reminiscent of the pantheon and, of course, the Spirit of Ecstasy positioned on top of the hood.

The side features new 23-inch wheels with a cut-out design and chrome finish.

At the rear, the taillights are now LED and have gained a new detail in the center of the piece. The rear bumper has also been redesigned and is finished in gloss black with a kind of extra protection in the center painted in silver. The exhaust outlets are now designed vertically, giving the impression of pointing to the sky, and have a stainless steel finish all around.

The

cabin of the Cullinan Series II does not bring any major changes compared to the previous one. Here, the updates are more technological than visual. The dashboard is cut by an edge-to-edge glass screen that houses the digital instrument cluster, an auxiliary screen for the passenger and the multimedia center, which loses the option of being “hidden” by a wooden appliqué, but brings Rolls-Royce’s new operating system, Spirit, which debuted on the Spectre.

The rear passengers have two multimedia screens that can play independent streaming systems, as well as Wi-Fi connection, the possibility of connecting to bluetooth headphones and seats with massage, heating and cooling.

Under the

long hood follows the traditional 6.7-liter V12 that can deliver 563 hp of power and 86.6 kgfm of torque or 592 hp and 91.8 kgfm of torque in the Black Badge version, which brings all logos in black and chrome details with a darkened pattern. The transmission is always an eight-speed automatic and the drive is all-wheel drive.

All this luxury doesn’t come cheap. The values were not even disclosed by Rolls-Royce, however, the 2024 line starts at 391,750 dollars, which in direct conversion is more than R$ 1.9 million. The expectation is that the novelty will begin to be delivered at the end of the year and with even more expensive prices.
