Stage entertainer reveals case and name of Gugu Liberato’s willReproduction

The fight over Gugu Liberato’s inheritance gained a new character this week. Nando Soares, the stage entertainer, stated that he and the presenter had a love affair before Gugu’s death in 2019.

In an interview with journalist Amorozzo Jorge and reported by the column Fábia Oliveira, Nando confessed that he cheated on his wife with Gugu, but declared that she knew about the relationship.

In addition, he says that he owns a farm that he received as a gift from the presenter about 10 years ago.

According to the assistant, his name appears in the will left by the communicator, who leaves 75% of the estate, estimated at R$ 1 billion, to his three children, and the remaining 25% to his five nephews. Aparecida Liberato, the presenter’s sister, was defined as inventor in the event of the presenter’s death.

“Lawyers for Gugu Liberato’s family contacted him after his death to inform him that the presenter had left part of the inheritance to him,” he revealed.

Although the novel gains new chapters, the process is confidential. “I can’t talk because it’s a secret of justice.” The animator explained that he doesn’t know what was left to him.

Who’s who in the fight for Gugu Liberato’s inheritance?

The dispute over the R$ 1 billion fortune left by Gugu Liberato can be considered a true soap opera. From children to lovers, know who’s in the fight for the money.

Rose Miriam, mother of three children

Rose Miriam di Matteo has been Gugu Liberato’s partner since 2001, when she became pregnant with the couple’s first child. From the relationship was born João Augusto and the twins, Sofia and Marina.

Despite their companionship, the two never officially marry. For this reason, she struggles to prove her common-law marriage with the presenter. Gugu’s family claims that he left a mansion and a sum of money to the mother of his three heirs, but Rose Miriam disputes that she did not receive the funds, but a pension of approximately R$47,000.

If the court validates the common-law union, Rose Miriam will be entitled to 50% of Gugu’s inheritance. The other 50% would be divided among the couple’s three children.

The twin daughters support the recognition of their parents’ relationship, while the eldest son prefers to follow his father’s will.

Aparecida Liberato, sister

Aparecida was chosen by her brother as curator of his billionaire estate, so she controls the money received by her nephews. In videos, the twins Sofia and Marina even claimed the amount received, compared to their brother and grandmother, Dona Maria do Céu.

As

stated in the will, the presenter’s mother receives a lifetime pension from Gugu’s fortune currently valued at approximately R$ 160 thousand.

Thiago Salvático, alleged ex-boyfriend

The chef argues that he should receive part of Gugu’s inheritance because of the alleged living relationship with the presenter. Thiago also sought the recognition of a common-law union, but after the denials of the courts, he gave up the process.
