With an eye on Brazilian football in search of reinforcements for next season, West Ham advanced in negotiations for the signing of Luis Guilherme, a jewel of Palmeiras.
According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the values are around 30 million euros (R$ 170 million at the current rate), in addition to a bonus.
The 18-year-old midfielder has a contract with Palmeiras until June 2026 and has an astronomical termination fine in his contract: 55 million euros, about R$ 305 million at the current rate. This is the amount that an interested team would have to pay to ‘take’ Luis Guilherme from Verdão without the need to negotiate with the club.
In addition to the midfielder, Palmeiras has other boys who are always a subject in the foreign market, such as Estevão, Vanderlan and Endrick himself, who is already sold to Real Madrid.
