Vinícius Júnior has once again made history with the Real Madrid shirt. On Saturday afternoon (1), the number 7 scored the goal of the Merengue’s 15th title in the Champions League. In addition to winning his second cup of the competition, Vini achieved a historic feat by scoring in another decision.

The 23-year-old striker became the first Brazilian to score in two Champions League finals. Previously, he had already scored in the decider against Liverpool in the 2021-22 season.

With the goal scored in the decider, Vini Jr celebrates his highest scoring season so far. In 39 games, there are 24 goals and nine assists. In this edition of the Champions League, there were six goals scored by the Brazilian.

The likes of Neymar, Marcelo and Belleti are included in the list of the 12 different Brazilians who scored in the Champions League final or the former European Cup.
