Panamanian model Gracie Bon suffered attacks for the size of her hips  while walking at Disney with her family, this Tuesday (4).

In an Instagram video, Gracie reports that she was a victim of prejudice and criticizes people’s attitudes.  “It’s time to stop body shaming. We’re all different shapes and sizes and that’s what makes us unique,” she wrote in the caption.

The model reports that the public started taking pictures and laughing at her face. “It’s time to stop embarrassing other people. I was at Disney today, I wanted to have fun with my brothers, but our day was ruined by all the people who were doing it and having fun with my body size. What’s worse is that they teach their children to do the same. They were taking pictures of me, they were looking at me all the time and they were laughing at me,” he said.

An advocate of the bodypositive movement, Gracie is 1.65 m tall and has 138 cm hips, according to Miss Curve Model. With more than 6 million followers on Instagram and content on OnlyFans, the model says that she has suffered from obesity and weighed 135 kilos. “21 years versus 25 years. It all started with loving my 135kg body. And yet many say to me, ‘But if you had loved him, you would have stayed that way and you wouldn’t have changed.’ The truth is that I loved him so much that I wanted to take care of him and I decided to save myself,” she wrote in an Instagram post in January last year.

Gracie posted some photos on Instagram in which she compares the before and after of weight loss. “WHAT GOD HAS GIVEN ME! You can clearly see in the first picture what my ‘natural’ body looked like and GUESS WHAT, back then, they looked at me strangely and made me feel ashamed of my body too because I look different and dress differently.”

Next, the model made a criticism of people who make fun of bulkier bodies. “So since I’m a plus-size girl, I can’t wear whatever I want and go out? Sorry, I’m not ashamed of my curves anymore and I won’t hate my body because you hate it! Some of you normalize hating girls for nothing, just for being yourself. Mind you, the thighs match,” he added.
