This Saturday (8), the presenter Eliana addressed for the first time the rumors about her possible move to TV Globo. On Instagram, she thanked a follower who wished her “good luck” in the new challenges.
“Eliana, may you be very successful on TV Globo. Your time has come, blonde. New challenges. You’re going to shine so bright!” the fan wrote. The presenter replied “thank you so much” and added a heart. The interaction was noticed by F5, from Folha de S.Paulo.
In April, Eliana revealed that she would remain at SBT only until June. The publicists of the presenter and the broadcaster confirmed that the termination of the contract was “mutual and amicable”. After 15 years at the São Paulo broadcaster, Eliana declared that “it was time for a new phase with other professional challenges”.
Eliana’s last show on SBT will be aired on June 30. She began her career at the station in 1991, discovered by Silvio Santos. She became a children’s presenter and, seven years later, in 1998, she moved to Record. He returned to SBT in 2009. According to F5, Eliana will be announced as Globo’s new hire in July.
