gossip about an alleged betrayal generated a fight between employees of a company in the late afternoon of Thursday (20) in Florestal, a city in the Metropolitan Region of Belo Horizonte (MG). The comments about the alleged infidelity ended with a 20-year-old woman murdered.
The couple suspected of committing the crime, a 24-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman, who have not been identified, fled after the melee, which occurred outside the company.
According to the police report, the victim is Ana LuÃsa MarcÃlio Rios and was killed when she was stabbed by the man, known as “Wandão” after gossip about betrayal spread in the company.
Ana LuÃsa got involved in the confusion to help a friend and was attacked with a knife by the woman’s partner. Another person was also injured near the collarbone but is out of danger.
