At the age of 70, actress and adult content producer Rita Cadillac revealed that she was raped in her first marriage. In an interview published on Saturday (29), she recalled her first sexual relationship and how she got out of the abusive relationship with the father of her first child.
After losing her father as a baby and her mother giving her to her grandmother, Rita Cadillac was raised in a progressive environment, influenced by the militant left-wing matriarch, but conservative in custom. It was following this idea that her grandmother made her promise to marry a virgin.Â
“It hit me in the head. I got married as a virgin at the age of 16, and I was only able to have sex a week later,” she recalls in an interview with O Globo.
It turns out that, before she felt comfortable having sex, her then-husband decided to get her drunk and force the practice. “Since I didn’t want to, my ex-husband gave me wine, I must have gone really crazy. The next morning, my grandmother, with whom we lived, came to tell me that I screamed for help. I realized I was raped.”
At the age of 18, Rita was already the mother of Carlos César, her firstborn and only son. It was during this time that he decided to leave his troubled marriage. “When I told him I was leaving, he said he would kill me. I told him to kill me right then and there because I wouldn’t get a second chance.”
It was only after fighting to get rid of her marriage that she embarked on an artistic career, becoming a national symbol alongside Abelardo Barbosa. Rita Cadillac worked for eight years as a chacrete. Currently, the actress dedicates herself to adult content platforms, where she points out that she is happy: “It’s a lot of fun, I make my own magazine”.
