Team Brazil began another edition of the Olympics suffering from the Japanese. If in Tokyo 2020 the performance against the Japanese was bad, in Paris 2024 the retrospect became a parish. This, at least, is the understanding of several Internet users.
On X (formerly Twitter), several users of the social network joked about the defeats of the Brazilians to the athletes of Japan. This Monday (29), the day was tragic for Brazilians.
Judoka Rafael Silva lost to Japanese Haruka Funakubo and lost the bronze. Kelvin Hoefler was also without a podium in street skateboarding, a modality won by Yuto Horigome. Finally, the Brazilian women’s team was defeated by the Japanese in rugby 7-a-side.
