After winning silver in the individual Overall, Rebeca Andrade repeated her brilliant performance on vault and also took silver this Saturday (3), her fifth medal in the Olympic Games.

Rebeca’s third podium at the Paris Olympics equaled the historic mark of sailors Robert Scheidt and Torben Grael, both with five Olympic medals.

Robert won two gold medals (Atlanta-1996 and Athens-2004), two silvers (Sydney-2000 and Beijing-2008) and a bronze (London-2012).

Torben also won two gold medals at the Atlanta and Athens Games, as well as a silver (Los Angeles-1984) and two bronzes (Seoul-1988 and Sydney-2000).

Rebeca can still surpass the record holders in the French edition of the Olympic Games. The gymnast returns to compete on Monday (5), on floor and beam.
