Influencer investigated for illegal raffles used R$ 42 gold iPhone

A digital influencer born in Belo Horizonte, the target of a search and seizure warrant on Tuesday (20), used a gold-plated iPhone. According to the police, the device is valued at around R$ 42 thousand. The information is from g1.

It is an iPhone 12 Pro Max, coated in 24-karat gold and signed by a luxury watch brand, Rolex. In addition to the phone, the influencer’s passport, luxury cars, a computer, a money counting machine, cards and documents were also confiscated.

Known as Nelio Dgrazi, the man has more than 1.3 million followers on social networks and was the target of an operation conducted by the Civil Police of Paraná. The investigation investigates his and another influencer’s participation in the promotion of illegal raffles of vehicles and money on digital platforms.

Authorities are serving six search and seizure warrants in the cities of Rio Branco do Sul (PR), Itapema (SC), Balneário Camboriú (SC) and Belo Horizonte (MG).

According to delegate Gabriel Fontana, from Paraná, in addition to the illegal promotion of raffles, suspects are investigated for money laundering, conspiracy and crimes against the popular economy.

The Court also authorized the blocking of approximately R$ 25 million in the accounts of those investigated, an amount that would have been collected through raffles in the last year.
