Ingredients:
- 3 garlic cloves, minced;
- 1/2 onion, chopped;
- 2 chopped tomatoes;
- macaroni;
- 1 carton of sour cream;
- 1 sachet of tomato sauce;
- 3 pepperoni, chopped;
- 500g of mozzarella.
Directions:
- Sauté the onion and garlic in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil. After browning, add the pepperoni until they fry. It’s important to mix frequently so that none of the ingredients burn.
- When the three ingredients are fried, add the chopped tomatoes and tomato sauce. Mix everything together.
- Then, add the noodles into the mixture and pour hot water until the pasta is completely covered. Tip: stir little by little so it doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pan.
- After cooking is finished, stir in the carton of sour cream and mozzarella. Mix until the dairy is incorporated into the preparation. After that, just serve!
Tips: Optional spices such as black pepper, nutmeg, and parsley can be used.
