Cássio’s cycle at Corinthians is without its final moments. According to Uol, the 36-year-old goalkeeper has agreed wages and contract time with Cruzeiro.
The archer is now discussing with Timon the termination of his contract. Cássio wants to leave immediately and for that he needs to enter into an agreement with the São Paulo club.
Idol Alvinegro, the goalkeeper has a contract until the end of this year with Corinthians, which in turn sought to renew the bond with the experienced athlete.
One factor that makes the decision to leave closer is the wear and tear on Cássio’s image with the fans. The goalkeeper has been one of the biggest references for Corinthians since his debut in 2012. However, he goes through a period of displacement, having lost the starting spot to Carlos Miguel.
