The former participant of the reality show ‘A Heavy Family’ Amanda Register, shocked followers last Tuesday (21) by sharing the before and after of her participation in the attraction. She, who in 2018 weighed about 363 kg and was one of the characters in the obesity program, shows how her body is in 2024.
After participating in the reality show, Amanda became an influencer, life and wellness coach, as well as a nutritionist. In 2024, she celebrates losing 283 kg and surviving two cancers.
She went through a six-year weight loss process before she reached the body she is today: “I share it to let others know that you’ve never gone far enough and that it’s never too late to get your lives back.”
