Macaroni with ground beef baked in the oven
Ingredients
- ½ package of screw-type noodles;
- Steps of olive oil;
- ½ chopped onion;
- 300 grams of ground beef;
- ½ cup of olives;
- ½ cup chopped parsley;
- Salt to taste;
- Pepper to taste;
- 3 cups tomato sauce;
- 8 tablespoons cream cheese;
- Slices of mozzarella cheese.
Method of preparation
- Simmer the olive oil and onion in a frying pan, add the minced beef and let it brown. Add the olives, parsley, season with salt and pepper, mix well and set aside;
- In the baking dish, place the still uncooked pasta and spread the minced meat on top. Add the spoonfuls of cream cheese. Drizzle with the tomato sauce and finally add the cheese;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
