Paraphrasing Elis Regina, who in 1976 sang “we are still the same and we live like our parents”, Tiago Mendes couldn’t “escape” music. Even as a child, the 20-year-old artist from Piauí was surrounded by different sounds, as his father and mother were singers. However, after a few years, hooked on stage work, he is about to present his first album with “15 unreleased songs”. One of them is “Não Me Satisfaz”, composed by Larah Sales, Tiago Viana and William Sales, which will be available on the main streaming audio services on the 15th.
Without hiding his excitement, Tiago, who, at the end of 2023, signed a partnership with the Teresina-based production company AL Music, mentioned that the expectation for the birth of the project is enormous. “This moment doesn’t ‘only’ represent the release of an album, but also the intimate connection with my audience. Being aware of the path these tracks will take adds a unique dimension to my background as a singer. May each note resonate with energy and passion and create a symphony, echoing in the memory of those who hear it!” he said, quoting the verses of the lyrics which, between you and me, have everything it takes to become one of the great hits of 2024.
