Some screenshots of conversations by app show that a guardianship counselor, suspected of harassing a 17-year-old teenager, inviting the student to his home and offering money to the young man. The case took place in Murici, in the interior of Alagoas.

According to the complaint, the man would have proposed to have sexual relations with the student. The counselor worked as a pedagogical coordinator at the school where the teenager studies.

According to the State Department of Education (Seduc), when investigated, the man was removed from the position of coordinator, but still remains as a guardianship counselor in the municipality.

The messages

The conversation took place on Instagram. The guardianship counselor invited the young man to his house to drink, used an emoji and added a “you know”, he also asked the teenager to invite a friend. The student denied the invitation.

Even with the young man’s no, the counselor insists and says that he pays well, he even offers R$ 100, and then raises the amount to R$ 150.

“He would stare at me, start looking at me and start talking to me: ‘Hi, young man’. And it started with those little talks. As soon as I left it, I got home and went to check my cell phone and had a request to follow him back. Then I ‘gave the idea’ and it was him. When I think not, he started hitting on me,” the teenager told g1.   The case was reported to the police, the Guardianship Council of the Municipality and the school board. According to the family, the counselor started making threats after the complaints.

“He is influential in the city, he has a family member with a position of trust in the city hall, he posted a photo with the prosecutor of the Public Ministry praising him the day after the complaint was made. No wonder he has been in office for 20 years,” the teenager’s uncle told g1.
