In Paris, Fátima Bernardes warns after seeing theft in subway: ‘Pickpockets’

Fátima Bernardes, who is in Paris to follow the Olympic Games, He warned about ‘pickpockets’ – a term in English to refer to pickpockets. In her Instagram stories, the former presenter of “Encontro” said that she witnessed an attempted theft inside the subway in the French capital this Saturday (27).

“I just left the subway station and it is worth reinforcing an alert that I had already seen when I was still in Brazil. If you’re coming here or if you’re here, watch out for the pickpockets. It’s impressive,” the journalist warned. 

“They are young, little girls, they are always wearing a scarf and they are always very fast. They leave to get out of the car at the last second, when the door is almost closing and then they are already taking their wallet”, reported Fátima.

Then, the journalist spoke about having seen the action of the ‘pickpockets’. “We just saw a situation like this, but this time they were unlucky, because the door closed on them and the passenger’s wallet fell into the car.”

“It was a damn move, the girl had her cell phone in her pocket, but the wallet was inside a fanny pack across the side, at the bottom. They managed to take the girl’s wallet. They leave it to leave at the last minute, that there is no way to run away. You have to be very attentive, really”, he emphasized.
