What happened?
Xororó tried to play the viola throughout the show in Barretos, but the technical problem prevented the audience from hearing the sound of the instrument. “The cable is crazy, it’s kind of weak,” he began. “You’ll have to get another viola. It’s not cool. The sound is failing,” complained Sandy and Junior’s father.
“Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. This one won’t, no. This way it can’t be done”, emphasized the singer-songwriter. Xororó also asked the producer to change the instrument. After the complaint, he received another viola, this time an electronic one.
“Tuning a viola at the last minute like this is a bit of a time-consuming train. He [producer] is not even crazy here. What do we do? Now I’m talking here with you,” he explained, who, alongside Chitãozinho, paid tribute to Tião Carreiro, who died in 1993.
