The officialization of Mbappé’s arrival at Real Madrid is only a matter of time. The French star will be the new member of the Spanish team. Because of this, a wing of the European press speculates that the Whites could get rid of striker Rodrygo, who would lose space with the arrival of Mbappe. The Brazilian player, in turn, gave a statement on the subject and ended up increasing the rumors of a possible exit.
When asked by Spanish DAZN if he would stay at Real Madrid forever, Rodrygo replied as follows:
“Yes, well… Anything can happen. I have a contract, but the years I’ve spent here have been a pleasure for me. I always want to be at this club, but we’ll see,” said the Real Madrid player.
Revealed by Santos, Rodrygo moved to Real Madrid in 2019. Since then, he has been gaining space in the Whites and is now one of the most important pieces of the squad led by Carlo Ancelotti.
So far, the striker has played for Real Madrid on 215 occasions. Rodrygo scored 54 goals for the team and distributed 41 assists to his teammates.
