Adele bought one of those mansions in Beverly Hills from none other than Sylvester Stallone. The singer paid a millionaire amount for the house and even made a demand for the actor.
According to the Daily Mail, the artist shelled out R$315 million and asked to keep the Rocky statue in place. The character is one of the most famous played by Stallone.
The land has more than 1,700 m² and will be home to Adele and her husband, Rich Paul. The couple remodeled the space with a five-car garage and a fire-resistant roof, due to the high fire risk on the site and a new floor.
Among the accommodations are rooms, bathrooms, swimming pool, cinema, bar, gym and smoking room with air filtration system.
Initially, the mansion was put up for sale for R$598 million, but due to the lack of buyers, it was reduced to R$462 million. In the end, it was sold for R$315 million.
